Parsy.io is a platform that allows developers and companies to receive, process, and redirect data between different platforms through configurable APIs and Google Sheets integrations.

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Workspaces

Our platform uses a workspace system to organize projects and collaborations. You can create and manage multiple workspaces as needed.

3.3 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account and must notify us immediately about any unauthorized use or security breach.

4.1 Data Encryption

We offer optional AES-256-GCM encryption for your data. When enabled, each API Key receives a unique encryption key, ensuring your data is protected at rest.

4.2 Data Processing

Data you send through our APIs is processed according to your transformation settings and sent to configured destinations. We do not access or analyze the content of your data.

4.3 Compliance

You must ensure you have the legal right to process and transfer data you send through our platform, including compliance with LGPD, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.

5.1 Usage Limits

API usage is subject to the limits of your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary service suspension.

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our API only for legal and legitimate purposes. It is prohibited to use our services for illegal activities, spam, or any activity that may harm other users.

5.3 Monitoring

We monitor API usage to ensure service quality and detect abusive use. We reserve the right to investigate violations of these Terms.

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans with varying features and limits. Prices and features are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize recurring charges according to your plan.

6.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the control panel. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.1 Our Property

Parsy.io, including its code, design, features, and content, is the property of our company and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Property

You retain all rights to the data you send through our platform and the custom configurations you create.

7.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to keep our services available 99.9% of the time, but we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8.3 Maximum Limit

Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

9.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion through support.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, use our services abusively, or for any other legitimate reason.

9.3 Effects of Termination

After termination, you will lose access to services and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days prior notice.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cancel your account before the effective date.
